| Information on placing pets
for adoption Shelters are inundated every day with
unwanted or abandoned cats and dogs. Animal Haven can take
in cats and dogs when we have space. Please call to ask if
there is space if you are trying to place an animal. If we
cannot take your animal we will offer suggestions on the next
steps you should take. Note: If you can foster the animal
that you can no longer keep, place an ad on Petfinder
and if someone is interested they will contact you directly.
To make sure your pet is going into good hands ask the potential
adopter for references, including their veterinarian. |
